These terms are a draft for Cold to Quoted. Do not treat them as a finished customer agreement. Do not use the product to contact real prospects until sending is unlocked.

The service

We provide software for signals, CRM, construction operations and draft outreach. The CRM is free on Radar. Paid plans charge for AI outreach written in your name, which you approve. Sending, social posting, Gmail sync, live WhatsApp and Xero stay off until they are connected and you unlock them. WhatsApp and call tasks are coming soon.

Subscriptions

Reach, Engine and Group are monthly or annual (10 months for 12), in pounds, exclusive of VAT. Checkout and the customer portal are provided by Stripe. Managed is sold on a call, not through Checkout. Reach, Engine and Group can be cancelled any time in the Stripe customer portal, at the end of the period you have paid. A 30-day money-back on the first self-serve payment is refunded by us in Stripe. It is not an automatic refund, and the terms are still a draft for legal review. Managed has a 3-month minimum. The first 100 paid accounts keep the founding price while that subscription stays active. Cancel and rejoin, and the list price applies. Managed founding is £695 a month for the first 10 clients.

Your data

You stay responsible for the contacts and files you import. We do not write back to GoHighLevel. A migration is scoped to what the database can hold.
