Cold to Quoted is a customer relationship and job-management system for UK construction companies. We process personal data as a controller for our own site and accounts, and as a processor for the contacts a workspace stores.

What we store

Account names and emails, demo requests from this website, contacts and companies you import, conversations, planning-lead metadata, job records, invoices in pounds ex VAT, and files you upload. Stripe stores the card and the subscription when Checkout is used. We do not sell personal data.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests and contract for running the product. PECR consent for marketing email and SMS. Planning data is public information used as a business-to-business signal. A demo request is stored so we can reply.

Retention and rights

Workspace owners decide how long imported contacts stay. You can ask for access, correction or deletion via david.hodder@gmail.com. Supervisory authority: the ICO.
